  4. Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to visitors, employees, and clients. Offer directions, answer inquiries, and address concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  5. Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift. Write clear and concise reports documenting any security-related incidents, accidents, or policy violations.
  6. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts or disputes among individuals calmly and diplomatically. Use verbal de-escalation techniques to defuse tense situations and enforce rules without resorting to physical force unless absolutely necessary.
  7. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, property management, or other security personnel as needed. Communicate effectively via radio or other communication devices to ensure smooth operations and swift responses.
  8. Security Procedures: Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations established by the employer or client. Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, gates, fences, and other physical barriers to ensure they are in good working order.
  9. Training and Development: Stay updated on relevant security protocols, laws, and regulations through ongoing training sessions. Continuously improve skills and knowledge related to security practices, emergency response techniques, and first aid procedures.
